The Metropolitan NY BBB is the first resource identified by consumers for information about the reliability and reputation of businesses. Since 2002, Blenderbox has collaborated on initiatives for the BBB website- which receives more than 15 million hits per month- implementing its current public facing site and continuing deployments to expand and enhance its functionality. Blenderbox also architected an internal web-based workflow tool for the BBB's charity review process, extending a legacy application provided by the Wise Giving Alliance.
