National non-profit organization New Leaders for New Schools is committed to discovering and training passionate people to become the next great leaders within urban public schools across the country. A sweeping movement requires a centralized platform for collaboration and support, so Blenderbox customized a "community of practice" tool, called Tomoye Ecco, for New Leaders for New Schools to allow a network of future principals and directors to connect and exchange resources for their programs.
