Interactive Art Director

Here's what we're looking for:

• Design talent: excellent portfolio, exceptional typography and layout skills
• Agency experience with digital projects and interactive experiences - Ideally 5+ years
• Concept development, visual exploration, and ability to set design direction from concept to completion
• Experience participating in research and discovery at the outset of a project and understanding and investing in client strategies and goals to ensure successful creative outcomes
• A solid understanding of UX, interface design and usability, including design for CMS and mobile
• A solid understanding of current web technologies
• Knowledge of front-end dev - CSS/HTML
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication skills - present to clients and communicate concepts
• Collaboration- work with the team to see a project through completion
• Ability to estimate project effort required
• Meet deadlines on budget
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once and oversee production design

Start date is mid April / early May.
