Whether the problem is as global as climate change or as local as speed limits for roads passing though endangered habitats, Defenders of Wildlife is dedicated to protecting America’s threatened species. To achieve this broad goal, they needed a website that could gather their projects, legislative concerns, and articles in one cohesive place.

The animals themselves get top billing in Blenderbox’s homepage design—from Floridian jaguars to Montanan bison to Arizonan wolves. From here, Defenders of Wildlife can promote pressing conservation issues, gather donor support, and build grassroots political energy. Through CMS-controlled “promo blocks”, Defenders can bring urgent concerns to the forefront and draw visitors to the initiatives most in need of support.
